Want a huge ass cheap steak! Come here!! It's super tasty and the atmosphere was nice. This is truly a taste of a real and classic DFW

Haven't been here in awhile but last time was great! Girlfriend had the sirloin med-rare and I had the CFS (extra gravy!) and both with their garlic seasoning.
House salads with ranch dressing, baked potatoes with extra sour cream, chives and real butter and Texas toast and a couple DPs and we were in business. After tip we had the meal covered with a $10 bill.
Oh yeah, that was in 1975.
BONE APPETITE!! -

We went here on Wednesday for half price ribeyes and it's a very small hole in the wall place. I must of drove past the place hundreds of times and never noticed it!
You get what you pay for here. The steaks aren't fancy or high end. The people that work here are wonderful though. Makes you feel like family -

This place is the perfect hole in the wall. Unpretentious place with good streak and big potatoes and okay green beans. The dinner salad and house dressing was fresh and delicious. Waitstaff was pilot and to the point and fast. We came for 1/2 price Ribeye steak on Wednesdays and for $12 it was very tasty. Also came with Texas toast. On Thursdays they have $8 chicken fried steak. Dark with red lighting and an old school jutebox playing old school songs while you eat an old school steak and have an ice cold beer. It's everything all the new restaurants along 7th and Magnolia are not and it's a welcome change.

Ordered the 32 oz sirloin and if you are looking for a "real" steak with fat gristle and all it is fantastic. The garlic sauce is a little strong but I enjoyed it. My wife on the other hand was not a big fan of trying to pull out the fat and gristle. Very old school classic dive that clearly has never changed in years and years.
